We enjoy working with you on new projects and exploring ideas to protect and improve your property. We work closely with your engineer and surveyor to ensure that your pavement is laid with precision and meets the required specifications for proper drainage and mat thickness. Surfaces that have widespread “alligator” or “spiderweb” cracking may require an asphalt overlay. The end result is a fresh, smooth pavement at a fraction of the cost of removing and replacing your existing asphalt. Some parking lots or driveways may be too high for an overlay, preventing proper watershed.
